The Tastemaker announces his attention to showcase even more music
When you think of DJs who have devoted their time and used their platform to celebrate music, Marcus Nasty should be a name that comes to your mind immediately.
With a history for showcasing music that spans decades, Marcus has made it his personal duty to elevate the number of eyes and ears music (more specifically Grime & UK Funky) receives.
Staying faithful to the task at hand, Marcus has consistently delivered new and existing music to the ears of the general public.
Check out the multiple platforms where Marcus Nasty and The Nasty Bros display their music content.
Marcus Nasty boasts countless DJ sets where he has recruited guest mixers and artists to come in and exhibit their talents. Shining a light on genres of music that wouldn’t necessarily garner mainstream public attention is something Marcus has succeeded in doing so for a sustained period of time.
Speaking to Marcus a few weeks ago, he informed us of his next set of manoeuvres. These upcoming motions will continue to see Marcus giving his platform up for artists to gain more exposure.
Starting from March, Marcus Nasty and The Nasty Camp are set to release music on a weekly basis.
This act by Marcus will allow more music to be seen on a platform created by him, thus giving artists the opportunity to be seen by more people. The more people can see your music, the better chance artists have at distinguishing themselves from their peers and creating a fan base.
This act of kindness should be recognised and celebrated.
With all that Marcus is preparing to do, we see it fitting to dedicate our platform to the music being released from The Nasty Camp.
