Tink Releases New Music Video

Multi-talented R&B musician and lyricist, Tink, drops her latest album entitled Thanks 4 Nothing in collaboration with Winter’s Diary / WD Records / EMPIRE.

This remarkable project comprises 14 distinct tracks, showcasing a diverse range of themes and emotions related to relationships, love, and heartbreak. The album includes her two most recent releases, “Toxic,” and “Fake Love”, the latter which dropped this past Wednesday Feb 22nd. The other tracks, such as “Trust Issues” and “Let My Guard Down,” delve into various stages of relationships, portraying the complexities and nuances that come with them. In addition to launching her new album, Tink is unveiling her new music video for the single, Save Your Soul.”

While Tink’s previous album, Pillow Talk, was primarily focused on love, this new release takes a more candid approach by addressing the grittier and more intricate aspects of relationships. It examines the multifaceted issues of love, ranging from dealing with toxic individuals, struggling with trust issues, allowing oneself to be vulnerable, and grappling with infidelity, all while maintaining a sense of independence and self-worth.

“I wrote this album specifically for single ladies. I wanted to give the girls a set of songs to play after the breakup. This is for anyone reclaiming their time. Reclaiming their joy. Reclaiming their Sometimes we have to appreciate the Good with the bad , hence Thanks 4 Nothing”. Explains Tink

The album kicks off with a bold opening track of the same name, “Thanks 4 Nothing.” Tink’s powerful vocals echo harmoniously as she calls out those who talk the talk but never walk the walk. With lyrics like “caught you up in your own lies,” Tink lays it all on the line and demands authenticity and honesty from those around her. In the following track, “I Don’t Need It,” Tink takes a no-nonsense approach to relationships and declares that she’s over the drama. Her vocals lead the charge in this fiery single as she makes it clear what she expects from a man. Tink’s message is loud and clear: she won’t tolerate any games this year.

This theme continues in “Save Your Soul,” where Tink speaks candidly about her standards for a relationship. She lays out the rules and makes it clear that one wrong move won’t work for her. In the accompanying music video, Tink takes the reins and reigns in control as she counts her money, emphasizing her independent spirit and self-worth.

“Rule number one: Don’t speak on no p***y no boss b***h gave you, Rule number two: Ain’t no n***a out here gon’ save you, Rule number three: No these b*****s not me”

Overall, Tink’s latest album is a bold and powerful statement on love, relationships, and self-worth. With her incredible vocal range and unique perspective, she delivers an unforgettable musical experience that is sure to resonate with listeners across the board.
