The Original OG Marcus Nasty Tears Down @Boxpark

The best way to rave out on a school night with the original OG Marcus Nasty.

There are very few people within our underground scene that have had the influence, respect and longevity as Marcus Nasty from Grime to UK Funky this guy has been there and done dat!

So when we got the opportunity to see this UK Funky Legend @ Boxpark Shoreditch’s intermit Beatbox venue we knew it wasn’t to be missed and the original OG Marcus Nasty didnt disappoint.

In typical style Marcus dropped the noise with exclusive dubs, singalong classics (ladies crew) and some of the dirtiest basslines that are Mr Nasty’s trademark which meant that @Boxpark was popping off!

Skanking was the order of the day and can we can testify to certain individuals leaving the rave drenched with a change of clothes, a lie-down and an uber straight to hold a fresh required.

It wasnt all about the original OG though with Jackdat taking the absolute piss with his Grime set that had our very own Daddy Ramsey UHM Co-Founder living his best life you know Jackdat put the work in.

All said and done who said being out on a school night can’t be fun ? If the original OG is on the bill you better get your sick note ready as working the next day is a write off…….
