“Our pride photoshoot by Eivind Hansen also explores this. We projected water scenes, sea creatures, and even ocean spray on our dancers bodies to create the images you see.” – Clayton Wright

A positive, inclusive party, Little Gay Brother are also champions of the scene and a for-good collective. During the pandemic, Little Gay Brother raised 10k with our “LOVE IS NOT CANCELLED” t-shirt in collaboration with Everpress. Today they launch their powerful new campaign – are reclaiming the word “FAGGOT” for Pride and all – with a t-shirt created in aid of Stonewall Housing, an organisation that creates safe spaces for homeless queer people and works tirelessly to end queer homelessness. 100% of profits will go to this charity. Check them out here – https://stonewallhousing.org/

The concept and design is by Clayton Wright, founder of Little Gay Brother, Feel It and Body Movements. The design was inspired by his faggy-festival-roots, and the need to reclaim words that have been previously used to hurt us and our community.

In his own words, Clayton says

FAGGOTRY means… “fabulous and faggy behaviour”. It’s literally living in your own queer magic. At school, we were always the faggots, the outcasts, the dirty little queers… these words can no longer hurt us, because today, we own them. We’re proud to be those Queers. Those Faggots! Being a Faggot today is a brave and beautiful act. And, Faggotry is our QUEER expression. Faggotry is queer excellence.”
