Closing the year out with a new project is Layback Thought. The Neo-Soul, Hip-Hop and R&B creative returns to deliver another blissful work of art in, ‘The Bells Garden EP’.
The Self-taught Creative Producer merges the melodic sounds of synths and keys while embracing us with his clear-cadence in rap delivery and storytelling.
Layback Thought, a Self-taught creative hailing from South East London, has worked with various artists. Originally from the collective, OrphGang, Layback Thought has shared the stage and many tracks with other creative forces such as Kojey Radical, Afronaut Zu and Tinyman.
Not to be restricted by genre titles, Layback Thought has taken journeys across many musical genres. These journeys have seen him collaborate with one of UK Gospels top artists, Triple O.
It is his sole mission to be heard, dedicating time to his craft, displaying to the world his unique production style.
Having previously received an outpour of positive feedback from his preceding project, ‘Odyssey II’, Layback Thought deems it his responsibility to deliver additional music to his supporters.
‘Odyssey II’ was the project that reintroduced Layback Thought to his fans after a brief hiatus.
The debut single from the project, ‘Melanin Love’ was a fan favourite, with the opinion being that Layback Thought should release more music to quench the musical thirst of his supporters.
That time, is the present as Layback Thought has listened to his fans and taken it upon himself to release another project as the year nears its conclusion.
