Spanning across Grime, Rap, Alt-Hip-Hop, and R&B, this trilogy showcases Jordy’s versatility and boundary-pushing approach to music. To commemorate the release of ‘SNM,’ Jordy is also dropping a freestyle video for ‘PLT,’ one of the EP’s singles. In this slick visual, Jordy effortlessly glides over a Hip-Hop production courtesy of Reazon, expressing his thoughts and frustrations. Notably, the importance of family echoes throughout ‘SNM,’ evident in the production credits that feature long-term collaborators and blood cousins Jojo Mukeza, Daniel Miles, and Elt Cheekz alongside Blueboy, Ty Green and MathsTimesJoy. While navigating his pre-album phase, Jordy continues to ascend, each project a testament to his unwavering consistency.

Jordy’s rise to prominence can be attributed to his unparalleled storytelling prowess. As he gracefully evolved into one of the most esteemed voices in the UK Rap scene, he carries the esteemed title of every rapper’s rapper. The year 2021 marked a monumental chapter in his career with the release of his critically acclaimed 7-track EP, ‘SMH,’ thrusting him into the limelight as the undisputed artist to watch for 2022, according to industry giants such as Complex, Hypebeast, Wonderland, Mixtape Madness, and Viper Magazine. In 2022, Jordy continued his musical ascension with the unveiling of ‘KMT,’ a Rap-centric 6-track EP that served as a robust follow-up to ‘SMH.’

This project not only showcased his exceptional penmanship but also his clever punchlines and dynamic flow, solidifying his standing as one of the most capable lyricists in the UK scene.  Jordy also collaborated with his cousin, rapper Elt Cheekz, on a joint mixtape titled ‘IF I COULDN’T RAP, I WOULDN’T RAP.’ Jordy’s commitment to his craft extends beyond studio releases, manifesting in fearless freestyles that have left a mark on platforms such as Mad About Bars, Hardest Bars and the BET UK cypher.

Throughout his journey, he has collaborated with a distinguished roster of artists, including Ghetts, Kojey Radical, Joel Baker, James Vickery, Sam Wise, Wretch 32, Songer and JME. Jordy is renowned for his work ethic, navigating his musical career whilst seamlessly intertwining his solo ventures, the Filthy Fellas platform, and collaborations with the Vibbar collective. Recently, The Guardian bestowed well-deserved acclaim upon Filthy Fellas for their impactful contributions to the sport, securing them a coveted spot among the top 5 pundits of the season.

In the relentless pursuit of leaving his mark, 2023 emerged as a standout year for Jordy. Notable highlights included supporting the acclaimed Virginia rapper ‘Pusha T’ during the ‘Its Almost Dry’ UK tour and performing at the prestigious Reading and Leeds festivals. The project represented a departure from Jordy’s comfort zone, showcasing collaborations with vocal powerhouses JADA and Kehina, delving into unexplored facets of his artistry and expressing admiration for R&B. Jordy has cultivated a buzz in the UK Rap scene, receiving praise from influential voices such as Rebecca Judd, Dotty, Target, Kenny Allstar, Sian Anderson, and Victoria Jane, among numerous others. His music is a genuine reflection of his personality—honest, straight-talking, and emotionally charged, all while maintaining a refreshing lack of seriousness towards himself and life
