The wait is finally over as Ibiza Rocks prepares to open its doors for a mega summer.
Building on a seriously hot season last year, the home of the pool party is back with a huge line up of top talent to keep music lovers dancing all summer long. This weekend features a back-to-back trilogy of opening parties to celebrate the official start of summer, with Switch Disco (Fri), Jazzy (Sat) and SoundCloud Presents Cassö, Daire + Multunes (Sun).
No.1 mashups DJ duo Switch Disco kick things off in style, spinning the finest Ibiza Anthems through the ages to now. This high-energy afternoon is the perfect time to relive the classics with a taste of the 90s, 00’s and 10’s every Friday 3rd May – 27th September.
Saturday 4th May will see a stunning Ibiza Rocks debut from Brit Award nominee Jazzy who is headlining the all-female Ibiza Rocks Opening Party alongside Essel, Jen Payne, Kayleigh Glynn and Zoe London. Since the release of her debut solo single ‘Giving Me’ Jazzy has lit up the biggest airwaves and dancefloors across the UK & Ireland and beyond, and will proudly make her Ibiza Rocks debut this weekend.
Locking off the opening party weekend on Sunday 5th May, SoundCloud will be bringing some of the hottest talent in demand with trailblazer and ‘Prada’ chart toppers Cassö, Belfast’s young maverick, DAIRE and Stack City head-honcho Multunes as part of the brand new SoundCloud Presents series. The trio will return on Sundays in May, June & September.
Another new addition for 2024 and with BBC Radio 1 known for delivering the biggest music events and broadcasts in Ibiza for 30 years, BBC Radio 1 Dance X will be hosting an exclusive Ibiza residency with cutting-edge artists and DJ’s including dance music singer songwriter Alex Mills, resident Radio 1 Dance DJ Charlie Hedges, global floor and chart filler Jax Jones, and masterminds behind all time classic ‘Afraid To Feel’, LF System plus a special show from House Gospel Choir to name a few. This brand new residency will take over the home of the pool party on Mondays from 3rd June to 26th August.
Following on from the Opening Party weekend, Ibiza Rocks will proudly welcome a huge summer of daily pool parties including weekly residencies from artists including Ben Hemsley, Joel Corry and Nathan Dawe, Craig David and Switch Disco, with special events from D Block Europe, Love Juice, Belters Only and more. Ibiza Rocks 2024 from Friday 3rd May to Friday 4th October.
