Another producer we haven’t heard from for a minute is Hot Since 82. His album was well received by the fans but since then, we hadn’t really heard a lot from him.

Fans did however get the chance to see him live in April as the first proper event without social distancing occurred.

During his set, Hot Since 82 played something a little different to what some fans associate him with. Fans gravitated to it and the dance floor messed with it in a big way.

Fast forward a few weeks and that track he played has now been released, much to the delight of some fans.

Titled, ‘Heater’, His first release of the year sees him drop an Afro House track. With a bit of a Latin vibe flowing through the track too, Hot Since 82 has tried to bring these sounds together and at the same time keep the usual House bounce fans are used to getting from him.

This is a new direction from the producer that has some listeners split. Some are digging the new sound coming from him, but some would rather the sound they’re used to getting when they press play on a Hot Since 82 track.

Press play and make your own opinion on the latest from Hot Since 82.
