Taking place on August 24th, the Brick Lane Block Party returns to the cobbled streets of E1, and it’s set to be the biggest edition to date.

The Block Party which has been hosting events at Cafe 1001, Sleazy Pizza and Brick Lane Tap Room have now expanded to encompass more of the Truman Brewery estate to create a mini-festival in the heart of Brick Lane.

This year they’re introducing two new spaces; Ninety One (formerly Vibe Bar) and multi-genre event space Juju’s which will be the end destination open until 4am, perfect for those seeking an all-night warehouse rave experience. Cafe 1001 welcomes internationally renowned DJ Marcia Carr, who explores every genre with her sets, alongside rising star A For Alpha, whose dynamic 90s house sets are sure to impress even the most seasoned dance veterans. Cafe 1001’s resident party starter, Blue Ringed Baby, will also be spinning in the hi-fi loft space.

London collective Off The Cuff takes over Brick Lane Tap Room this year, delivering pub bangers perfect for sipping a crisp pint. Sleazy Disco will play host to an electrifying drag disco with queer dance party experts Sue Veneers, this comes complete with free pizza slices.

At 91 Living Room, Spanish sensation DREA will perform an exclusive set, following their standout Boiler Room performance. They’ll be joined by GEE LEE, with Kojay b2b P-Lucas rounding out an exceptional lineup. The Bar 91 courtyard will also be transformed into a unique space, offering entertainment, drinks, and food all night long.

For the grand finale, Juju’s will be converted into a warehouse venue with a state-of-the-art sound system. Toy Tonic’s own Cody Currie will be headlining the space, bringing his signature blend of house and jazzy sounds and joining him is Tim Garcia, an act who has been championing a fresh wave of UK music as of late.
