2023 has seen an insane amount of music being released, and it’s only March.
It seems more and more artists have decided to drop music early this year. Whether it be to show their intention to release more music this year. Or whether artists felt their music was fire and they couldn’t keep it on their hard drives. Whatever the reason, it feels like more music is readily available and that can only be a good thing, right?
Regardless of the type of music you digest, there is an undeniable feeling that you will be inundated with your select choice of sound this year.
But due to there being an influx of music, it’s only fair to assume that at some stage you’re going to miss a gem.
Now of course this isn’t your fault as we all have lives to live, however this is where we step in and have your back.
We know it can be time consuming listening to new music and that’s where we come in. We have been rummaging through the music crates and have found quite a few bangers that may have gone under your radar.
So scroll down and check out the biggest tracks to be released in February.
The original garnered plenty attention due to the track sounding so sick, but this remix is on another level. Twelves artists expressing themselves and no one felt out of place. It’s easy to assume that with so many acts on the song, someone might not pull their weight. But everyone showed up and gave a great account of themselves.
This release was specifically for the UKG lovers and the night club two steppers. A bubbly and upbeat Garage track that will have you hotly anticipating the arrival of Summer. If you’re a member of the sing along crew, you will catch yourself singing along to this one at random times of the day.
If R&B / Soul is your thing, we highly recommend you check out the latest release from Isla Croll. Titled, ‘As Time Unfolds’, this release is a chilled out gem that has the sole purpose of putting you in a relaxed state. Although speaking about a serious situation, the vocals on display are beautiful and compliment the beat very well.
This track was our introduction to JayO and it’s safe to say, we are glad we came across him and his music. His latest release titled, ‘22’ is the smoothest track we’ve heard this year thus far. Giving off R&B and Afrobeat vibes, ‘22’ is going to be rinsed this summer at events. JayO has to be on your radar for the rest of 2023.
At the beginning of February, one of our regulars dropped a project. MPH released ‘132.00FM’, a project created for the Bass and UKG lovers of the world. The standout track on this project had to be R&R, which featured Hamdi. If you need a bit of Bass to get you through the day, we highly recommend pressing play on this release.
An artist completely new to all of us here, SadBoyMusic released ‘UnderMoon’ during February and this track had us going through his whole catalogue. ‘UnderMoon’ took us all by storm with it’s sweet R&B feel and addictive lyrics. If like us, you’re new to this artist, we urge you to check out all his music. There are many bangers there waiting to be listened to.
Rapper Ivan Ave slows things down with his most recent release, ‘Inthecut’. Featuring Children of Zeus, this release has an R&B feel to it, with a hint of that 90s rap vibe. This is our introduction to Ivan, so do like us and check out the rest of this catalogue.
