Waterworks Festival London’s newest day festival celebrating diversity and investing in grassroots talent is back! With its second edition, created by the team behind the Croatian festival Love International. Waterworks festival returns this September.
Focused primarily on giving life to emerging artists & hand-picked predominately from the UK. Waterworks encapsulate the essence of London’s music culture in its rawest form. Headliners and superstar DJs are not what this event is about! And our team are super excited.
Any event worth its salt needs an exceptional space to call home. And Waterworks festival delivers with its fusion of industrial futurism & eco environmentalism. Creating a unique set of performance spaces that capture the imagination. Sprawled over a secluded parkland area of West London, with a mix of woodland and open space sets the scene for a beautiful festival backdrop.
It’s not often an event organiser takes such proactive steps in terms of sustainability. Waterworks festival will be running a reusable cup scheme across all bars. A small charge for your first cup is a tiny price to pay. Given the peace of mind and improved environmental impact. Simply bring your empty cup back to the bar and you won’t be charged. Massive kudos to the Waterworks festival team for this initiative, more festivals should follow their lead.
One of the most exciting parts of music culture is discovery. Finding that new artist, DJ or sound that inspires. Waterworks festival has taken care of the hard work for you. Handpicking an eclectic mix of soundsmiths to entertain, educate and inspire you. Our talented team have gone one step further and selected 3 DJs you need to hear at this year’s festival.
Jugding by last year’s event, we’re expecting Waterworks 2022 to be one of the London festivals of the year!
